While OnePlus 6 and 6T owners will have to wait until August (or even September) for the first OxygenOS 11 Open Beta, OnePlus Nord owners will be able to get a stable release sooner. OnePlus released the first OxygenOS 11 Stable update for the OnePlus Nord earlier this month. It wasn't, however, entirely secure. Now, in the form of the OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 5, the company is bringing a slew of tweaks that will fix some issues and boost camera performance
According to the post, OnePlus has fixed many camera-related issues on the OnePlus Nord with the Open Beta 5 build. The problem that caused frame drops while recording videos has been resolved by the company. In Nightscape tripod mode, there was also a problem with the camera preview not showing properly. Although capturing 1080p 60fps videos with the 0.6x ultra-wide-angle camera, users have reported issues with the preview. Many of these problems have been resolved in Open beta 5
